Four phases

From intake to dispatch

01

Document intake and assessment

We review your document and notary validation so we understand what needs to be authenticated before anything moves forward.

02

State and regional verification

Documents are routed through state departments, home departments, or chambers of commerce, depending on the document type.

03

Central apostille application

The file is submitted for final apostille issuance, and the external affairs apostille sticker is attached.

04

Secure return dispatch

Your completed documents are packaged and returned to you through a secure dispatch process.

Before you send

What to prepare

Original certificates are generally required, so please send the originals rather than photocopies where the process calls for them. Passport copies may be needed to confirm identity details on the document.

If your document is not in English, translation requirements depend on the country where it will be used. Ask us about your specific case so we can explain what to prepare next.
